Returns & exchanges

Returns & exchanges can only be done within 35 days from the purchase date, when the product is in excellent and resalable condition, only upon presentation of the purchase receipt or the exchange card, always at the final value paid (after the deduction of all possible discounts or promotions). In duvets and pillows, returns & exchanges can be done only if their packaging has not been opened (for hygiene reasons). Returns & exchanges cannot be done in jewelry, toiletries, cosmetics, lingerie, food & drink products and also between food & drink products and clothing products (including shoes & accessories).

Refunds

Refunds can only be done within 35 days from the purchase date, when the product is in excellent and resalable condition, only upon presentation of the purchase receipt, always in the original method of payment (credit/debit card or cash) and at the final payment amount (after the deduction of all possible discounts or promotions). After 35 days from the purchase date, refunds can only be done if the product is defective. In duvets and pillows, changes can be done only if the packings have not been opened (for hygiene reasons). Refunds cannot be done in jewelry, toiletries, cosmetics, lingerie, food & drink products and also between food & drink products and clothing products (including shoes & accessories). Refund is always done on the card (credit or debit) which has been used during the purchase. On debit cards, refund is carried out based on every banks policy, according to conditions that occur from the restrictions in capital controls. For better service, please use your debit card only if you are familiar with the refund policy provided by your bank.
